2.3 Preference Cookies These cookies or local-storage values remember choices you make (for example, theme preference such as light/dark mode) so that we can provide a more consistent experience.
2.4 Analytics and Performance Cookies We use first-party analytics technologies to understand how the Services are used, to measure performance, to detect errors, and to improve the platform. These technologies help us understand aggregate usage patterns and do not include third-party advertising trackers on the core Applicant and Employer portals.

We do not currently operate third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on the core Applicant and Employer portals.
