We write the test
For each path and each field of work, we write a test that asks about the work. Not classes you took. Not papers you wrote. The work.

The problem
The answer
For each path and each field of work, we write a test that asks about the work. Not classes you took. Not papers you wrote. The work.
You pass the test, you get the certificate. Your name is on it. The path and field are on it. The date is on it. It is yours.
Your certificate has a code. You share the code with anyone you want. They put the code in. They see if it is real and if it is current. Free. No account.
Every 12 months you take a new test to keep your certificate active. Not a fee. A new test. So what an employer sees today is true today, not two years ago.
Trust model
Every credential reflects a completed assessed evaluation.
Assessment is conducted by Ask for Dex, separate from any training provider.
Holders share a unique code. Verifiers confirm status through the registry.
Each credential carries an expiry date, keeping the signal current.
Where it fits
Why you can trust it
Not the school you went to. Not the country you trained in. Not the words on your resume. The work itself. Same test for the same path and field, no matter who you are.
Every certificate is active or not. Active means the holder took the test in the last 12 months and passed. Not active means it is older than that. What an employer sees today is what is true today.
Anyone with a code can check. No account. No fee. No email collected. No record kept of who checked. The certificate is the holder's. The check is the verifier's. We are not in the middle of either.
A certificate shows what you can do at the path and field you took the test in. It does not give you a license to practice in fields that need a license. We are clear about that on every page where it matters.
