Use DEX as a workforce signal inside your organisation.
Some employers want more than credential verification. They want to build DEX into how they hire, develop, or signal quality to their own clients.
How organisations work with DEX
Workforce signal adoption
Use DEX certification levels as part of your hiring criteria, internal mobility decisions, or candidate screening logic. The credential is standardised and publicly verifiable, with no custom integration required.
Commercial alignment
Service firms and operating partners can require or encourage DEX certification among practitioners. This creates a visible quality signal for clients without building a proprietary credentialing system.
Licensed provider designation
Organisations that meet defined practitioner-certification thresholds can apply for a Licensed DEX Services Provider agreement. This is a formal quality mark, not a partnership badge.

Important institutional boundaries
No third party may issue, co-brand, or modify DEX credentials. Enterprise agreements do not change how the assessment works or what the credential means.
DEX does not sell candidate data, assessment scores, or personal information to employers. Volume pricing applies only to registration fees, not to assessment outcomes.
These boundaries exist to protect the signal. If the credential means something different depending on who paid for it, it stops being useful.
Future enterprise programmes
Additional structured programmes, including cohort registration, dedicated support, and workforce analytics, are in development. Contact us to be notified when these become available.
